Nous pouvons vous aider.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n  \n  <h4>MODALIT\u00c9S DE PAIEMENT:<\/h4>\n  <p>Les services de Tchamba sont toujours payables un mois \u00e0 l\u2018avance. Afin de satisfaire aux exigences l\u00e9gales relatives au rappel de paiement et d\u2018avertissement, le client re\u00e7oit la facture le premier jour ouvrable du mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Si le service est activ\u00e9 fin du mois, le client recevra deux\nfactures dans un d\u00e9lai tr\u00e8s court. Le client dispose de 15 jours pour payer. En cas de retard ou d\u00e9faut de paiement, m\u00eame partiel, les montants dus\n\u00e0 Tchamba font l\u2019objet d\u2019un rappel par email, SMS et\/ou par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Une r\u00e9duction du d\u00e9bit internet ou une suspension sera appliqu\u00e9e si Tchamba\nn\u2018a pas enregistr\u00e9 de paiement \u00e0 la fin du mois.
